Last weekend we went for a couple of days to our friends in the other side of the country. They live very close to the Veluwe, a very big National Park that we love so much. We were very lucky with the weather so we could do a lot of things outside and enjoy specially nature. We went a couple of times for a walk on the woods and of course in this time of the year is so beautiful. The colors, the air, the surprisingly mushrooms. The kids enjoy a lot as well. So a bit off topic from cooking, I took a few nice pictures and I thought I would like to share with you.
Now is monday and I have to start planning again my cooking week, let’s see what I am going to prepare in the coming days
