The ingredients you need:
- Fettuccine al uovo or another good pasta
- 200 gr. ripe cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon grated pecorino
- 1 garlic clove
- 20 gr. yellow sultana's
- 2 tablespoon capers
- Extra olive oil
- 40 gr. white almonds
Cook the pasta following the instructions of the package with salt. When the pasta is ready keep one of 2 glasses of the cooking water.
To make sauce put all the other ingredients in the blender, mix well, add then some or the cooking water until you get a nice smooth sauce. Put the pasta and the sauce together, mix well, add again some cooking water. Serve with basil, bread and salad.
